Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to return ordered goods purchased under a distance contract (which also includes online purchases) to the seller without giving a reason. Within 3 days of receiving the goods, the buyer must inform us in writing by post or email about the purpose of returning the goods. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned within 5 days of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The customer must return the goods received undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The return of the received goods to the seller within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. Please include a copy of the invoice with the returned products.
The buyer must return the goods to the address: Asiana d.o.o., Šmartinska cesta 152, 1000 Ljubljana. The refund of the payment (value of the goods) will be made to the buyer's TRR as soon as possible, or at the latest within 15 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The possibility of return does not apply if the goods are damaged or there are visible traces of use. The option to withdraw from the contract does NOT apply to legal entities.
