Riž operemo pod mrzlo vodo. Kuhamo ga 8-10 minut oz. al dente. Prepražimo sezam cca. 1 minuto. V woku segrejemo olje, prepražimo česen, dodamo curry pasto in riž. Pražimo 3 minute. Posujemo s praženim sezamom in baziliko.
