Sestavine:

  • 250g riža
  • 3 čajne žličke česna
  • 3 žlice sezamovih semen
  • INPROBA wok olje
  • RAJAH curry pasta
  • 4 žlice sesekljane sveže bazilike

Postopek:

Riž operemo pod mrzlo vodo. Kuhamo ga 8-10 minut oz. al dente. Prepražimo sezam cca. 1 minuto. V woku segrejemo olje, prepražimo česen, dodamo curry pasto in riž. Pražimo 3 minute. Posujemo s praženim sezamom in baziliko.

Nasvet:

jed lahko izboljšamo s kokosom, sojino omako ali sambal oelekom.
