CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT IN DELIVERY

  • Find the desired product in the online store and add it to the shopping cart. Do this by clicking "add to cart" next to the product description.
  • You can also remove the product from the basket at any time. To do this, click the (x) in front of the product in the cart preview, or in the "cart" view, highlight the product under "remove" and click "refresh".
  • If you have selected all the desired products, click "checkout".
  • In the following, decide whether you will order the products as a guest or register or log in if you are registered. We recommend that you choose to register, as this gives you a username and password that you can use to access your user data and order status later.
  • Then enter your information and select the payment and delivery method in the next step. Once again, the contents of the basket, the address, and the method of delivery and payment are displayed. Carefully review the entered data and confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
  • Within the next two hours, you can change or call the purchase through the user interface or by email. We will review your order, check availability and confirm the order or refuse it, in case there is a valid reason for this. The seller can call the buyer on the provided telephone number or contact him by e-mail to check the data or in the case of harmonizing the delivery conditions.
  • The sales contract is concluded at the moment when the seller confirms the order, and at the same time the buyer also receives a message that the order has been confirmed. This also confirms the price and terms of delivery.

Notice: Due to the introduction of tax offices and guarantees, we were forced to change the terms of payment. The buyer can pay for the ordered goods by proforma invoice by transfer to the seller's TRR. Delivery within 2 working days after payment received. Postage costs are paid to the Post Office upon delivery of the package.

  • The seller prepares the goods for collection or delivery. The buyer receives a message about the status of the order "sent". The seller will make every effort to deliver the goods to the buyer within the agreed time frame.
  • Delivery is made to the address you provided when ordering or registering and is limited to the territory of the country of Slovenia. If you want delivery outside of Slovenia, ask the seller for an offer. Delivery is carried out in the morning, so we recommend that you choose an address where you can be reached for delivery. In the event that you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the sender will leave you a message and agree with you on re-delivery at no additional cost. The delivery person will deliver the goods to the entrance of the residential building.
  • Check the goods immediately upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damaged goods, the delivery person must also sign the complaint record or the record of the damaged shipment. Later complaints regarding damaged goods or the amount taken over are only used by transporters in exceptional cases and our company cannot resolve or use them either. Pay particular attention to packages marked "beware of glass, be careful, breakable" and the like. Any jingling when moving is likely a sign of broken contents, which is considered shipping damage. If only it is possible to record the damage with a camera. In these cases, contact the delivery company that made the delivery. The contact details of the delivery service are on the accompanying documents on the package.
